“Free” Tree Money

                                                      GET YOUR TREE MONEY HERE: Told You So

1. The Village Council is considering reimbursing, with our tax money, at least one homeowner for the cost of cutting down the homeowner’s tree in the right-of-way.  You already paid for grinding the stump.  
2. For any of you who have paid out of your pocket to trim and/or remove trees in the rights-of-way, now is your chance to be reimbursed.  There are no conditions, qualifications, time, or other limits surrounding this generosity.  Get in on it while the gettin’ is good.
3. And for those of you who currently need tree trimming or removal of trees in the rights-of-way, don’t despair.  Just submit a written request to the Village Council.   
4. Do it quickly before the Council tries to tell you that it doesn’t have the money in the budget.  It has over $900,000 at its disposal.  No reason some property owners should get a service and not everyone else.
